This job consisted of project scheduling and cost estimating for the Mariposa building apartment. It is a seven-story, 40,000 square feet building apartment, including residential, parking, and common areas. The property serves as a 38-unit TOC affordable housing multi-residential apartment building. Affordable housing is a huge concern in all of Los Angeles County; we were pleased to work on this project and help address this issue.
